Memphis Staging will work with you and/or your Realtor , to redesign your home, using your furnishings, to best maximize your floor and wall space to get it ready to be placed on the market. We make every effort to use only your things so as not to have you incur any extra costs. This is where our creativity works! Once this happens, you will see a “WOW’ effect. We can do as much or as little as you like. We can give you an estimate for us to do the work, or we can consult with you what to do, if you choose to do the work yourself.

| Memphis Staging will work with rental furniture companies (such as Cort) to provide the necessary furniture and accessories, so we can design and prepare your home for sale. Rental agreements from Cort are made directly with the homeowner, but we are there designing and placing the furniture which best suits the sale of the property. more information |

Memphis Staging will come in the day of your move (or at your convenience) to help you layout your design, place furniture and accessories that best fits your personal taste, and design. Personal shopping services are also available. more information
Color and Design Consultation
Memphis Staging will come in for a 1-2 hour consultation and help you choose paint colors, furniture, stylish accessories and more if you are just not quite sure what you want to do. Personal shopping is also available for this service. more information |
All services are priced according to the degree of difficulty and would require a proposal once we have viewed the property. Our Consultation fee is a $200 minimum. more information
